Ingredients

Lean pork (washed and minced) 100g
Tofu (washed and cut into pieces) 150g
Tomato (washed and sliced) 20g
Scallions (washed and chopped) 2 stalks
Ginger (washed and sliced) 1 small piece
Starch (added to the minced meat and beaten until sticky) Appropriate amount
Cooking oil 10g
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Table salt 2 tsp
MSG 1 tsp
Tomato

Preparation

Wash and cut the tofu into cubes, wash and slice the tomatoes, wash and slice the ginger, and wash and chop the green onions.

Making the Meatballs

Wash the lean pork and mince it into a paste. Add salt, MSG, and starch, then beat until sticky. Form into small meatballs and set aside.

Cooking the Soup

Add oil to a pot and heat it up. Add the ginger slices and water, and bring to a boil. Gently drop in the prepared meatballs and simmer over low heat until almost cooked. Add the tofu cubes, tomato slices, salt, and MSG. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil to serve.
