Step 1
Very vibrant packaging
Step 2
I received it on 9.28, it's very fresh~
Step 3
There are detailed cooking methods, but I think since this is newly harvested rice, the water ratio doesn't need to be 1:1.1; 1:1 is very tasty.
Step 4
Tomato Fried Rice Recipe: Basically, you can add whatever ingredients you want. I just happened to have corn kernels and onions at home, so I threw them in! I also just eyeballed the portions, and I taste the seasoning as I go, adding more if it's not enough. First, cut the bacon into thumb-sized pieces. You don't need to add oil to the flat-bottom pan; directly put the bacon in, spread it flat, and then turn on the heat to pan-fry (medium-high heat). Pan-fry the bacon until both sides are crispy and the fat is rendered out, then add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Next, add the corn kernels and stir-fry a bit. Pour in the rice, gently mix well so it doesn't clump, and try to coat all the rice grains with oil. Push the rice and ingredients to the side to empty the middle spot, pour in the ketchup, and cook until it bubbles (the aroma of cooked and uncooked ketchup is very different!). Then gently mix the ketchup with the rice and ingredients. Be careful not to break the rice grains while mixing, as it will be better for both texture and visual appeal. Because the bacon has saltiness, you must taste the finished stir-fried rice first (it's more accurate to taste the rice and all the ingredients together). If it's not salty enough, add some sea salt, then sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to add aroma, and it's done.
