Tomato Pork Meatball Soup
This soup features a sweet and sour broth with tender, savory pork meatballs. It is an affordable and delicious dish that pairs perfectly with rice.

Remove the skin from the pork, cut it into pieces first, then mince it to the size of a chopstick tip.

Smash the ginger and mince it.

Add ginger paste, starch, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of white pepper to the minced pork, and mix vigorously.

Slam the mixture for 3 minutes to develop elasticity.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Add tomatoes and water to the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Shape the meatballs round by hand. Make them slightly larger than a quail egg.
