Tomato Pork Meatball Soup

Tomato Pork Meatball Soup

Ingredients

Pork 300g
Tomato 2 pieces
Light soy sauce 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 piece
Salt 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 drops

Step 1

Remove the skin from the pork, cut it into pieces first, then mince it to the size of a chopstick tip.

Smash the ginger and mince it.

Add ginger paste, starch, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of white pepper to the minced pork, and mix vigorously.

Slam the mixture for 3 minutes to develop elasticity.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Add tomatoes and water to the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Shape the meatballs round by hand. Make them slightly larger than a quail egg.
