Ingredients

Fried dough stick (cut into segments, hollowed out in the middle with chopsticks) 2 sticks
Taro (cut into strips) 100 g
Pineapple (cut into chunks) 10 g
Onion (peeled, cut into chunks) 20 g
Ginger (minced) 1 small piece
Broad bean 12 tablespoons
Cooking oil (for frying the fried dough sticks) 500 g (actual consumption 30 g)
Aromatic vinegar 2 teaspoons
white sugar 2 teaspoons
tomato sauce to taste
water (for cooking) to taste

Prepare ingredients

Cut the fried dough sticks into individual segments, hollow out the centers with chopsticks; cut the taro into strips; peel the outer skin of the onion and cut it into chunks; mince the ginger; cut the pineapple into chunks

Make vegetarian ribs

Stuff the cut taro into the hollowed fried dough sticks, then place them in a hot oil pan and deep-fry until crispy, remove from the pan and drain off the excess oil to complete the vegetarian ribs

Cook the dish

Add oil to the pot, sauté the minced ginger over medium heat until fragrant, add broad beans, pineapple chunks and onion chunks and stir-fry to combine, then add the vegetarian ribs, water and all seasonings, bring the mixture to a boil and it is ready
