Vitality Mixed Grain Porridge
A friend who works as a nutritionist says their family rarely cooks rice or porridge with just one type of grain, advocating instead for a variety of whole and coarse grains. The method is simple, the dish is nutritionally rich, and even busy office workers can make it with ease.
Ingredients
Mung beans
1 spoon
Adzuki beans
1 spoon
Millet
1 spoon
Peanuts
1 spoon
Goji berries
1 spoon
Black rice
1 spoon
Corn kernels
1 spoon
Rice beans
1 spoon
Red dates
3 pieces
Sugar
To taste

Step 1
Take one spoon of each grain, wash them, and set aside.

Place the mixed grains into a pressure cooker, add water at a ratio of 1:100, cover the lid, cook on high heat until steam is released, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker cool down on its own. Once the pressure is fully released, open the lid and add sugar to taste.
