Ingredients

Mutton 400g
Water chestnuts 10 pieces
Dried shiitake mushrooms 5 pieces
Red dates 8 pieces
Ginger 4 slices
Cooking wine 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the mushrooms and soak briefly; wash the red dates

Add water, ginger slices, and cooking wine to a pot; add the chopped mutton, bring to a boil, then remove

Peel the water chestnuts, and cut into pieces if desired
