Prepare the ingredients
Dice the ham and cucumber, devein the shrimp, beat the eggs in a bowl, and wash the rice.

Blanch and scramble the eggs
Blanch the diced ham, diced cucumber, and shrimp. Scramble the eggs in a pan with a little oil, then set them aside. Add water to the rice and steam it until fully cooked.

Stir-fry
Heat the peanut oil in a wok, sauté the chopped scallions until fragrant, then add the diced cucumber, diced ham, shrimp, scrambled eggs, and steamed rice. Stir-fry everything together and season with salt and MSG to taste.
