Spinach Spaghetti

This simple spaghetti brings together the sweetness of sautéed onion and the fresh, vibrant green of blanched spinach. Tossed lightly in olive oil and arranged with the spinach encircling the pasta, it offers a light and wholesome meal that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.

材料

Spaghetti 200g
Spinach (washed, roots removed, blanched and drained) 20g
Onion (shredded) to taste
Red pepper strips (for garnish) to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt (for seasoning) to taste

作り方

Cook pasta

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add spaghetti, olive oil, and an appropriate amount of salt to cook, then drain and set aside

Prepare spinach

Wash the spinach, cut off the roots, blanch in boiling water, remove and drain; shred the onion

Stir-fry

Heat olive oil in a wok, add the shredded onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add the spaghetti and stir-fry briefly, sprinkle with salt to season

Plate

Arrange the spinach around the edge of the plate

Serve

Place the spaghetti in the middle of the spinach, and garnish with red pepper strips
