Blueberry Oreo Frozen Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cream cheese (softened at room temperature) 0 g
Oreo cookie crumbs 50 g
Butter (melted over simmering water) 25 g
Gelatin (melted over simmering water)
Heavy cream (whipped with powdered sugar to soft peaks)
Powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Blueberry jam

Instructions

1

Step 1

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature, then beat until smooth. Melt gelatin over simmering water.

2

Step 2

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and stir well.

3

Step 3

Once gelatin has cooled, mix it with lemon juice and add to the cream cheese, stirring thoroughly. Then add blueberry jam to make the frozen cheesecake batter.

4

Step 4

Melt butter over simmering water, add Oreo cookie crumbs, and mix well.

5

Step 5

Take a flat plate, set the mousse mold on the plate, and spread the butter-mixed Oreo cookie crumbs evenly inside the mold.

6

Step 6

Place the plate in the freezer to freeze quickly, so the Oreo crust solidifies.

7

Step 7

Once the crust is fully solidified, take it out of the refrigerator, and pour the prepared frozen cheesecake batter into the mousse mold.

8

Step 8

Place the mold in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and freeze for approximately 30 minutes. Once the cheesecake batter has solidified, transfer it to the refrigerator's fresh-keeping compartment for about 3 hours, then remove from the mold to serve.
