Cut meat
Wash the pork belly, cut into fine dices, and set aside (Pic 1, Pic 2)

Stir-fry
Put the diced pork belly into a pot and stir-fry briefly until fragrant, remove and set aside once it changes color

Braise
Simmer the braising spices over low heat until boiling, add the stir-fried diced pork belly, maintain low heat, and slowly stew until flavorful (Pic 3)
