Cold Tossed King Oyster Mushroom
King oyster mushroom is a rare edible fungus used for both culinary and medicinal purposes. It has a subtle, light aroma before cooking, and releases a rich, savory mushroom umami flavor when prepared, with a firm texture similar to abalone that gives it its common name. It features thick, tender flesh, a fresh, aromatic taste, and is highly nutritious.
