Using just a sharp knife and a bit of pressure, crisp cucumber slices are shaped into delicate petals and leaves. Arranged on a plate and dressed lightly with seasoned starch sauce and sesame oil, the dish offers a refreshing and visually appealing presentation.

Salt a little
Sesame oil a little
Thickened starch sauce a little

Cut the cucumber into segments.
