Instructions

Prepare the eel
Cut the roasted eel into sections and set aside.

Prepare the dough
Roll the pizza dough into a 5mm thick base, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread with tomato sauce.

Assemble
Place the cut eel sections on top, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake
Place in the oven and bake at 250°C for 5 minutes.

Take out, drizzle with a small amount of olive oil, and serve.
