Story

Combining the rich, savory flavors of roasted eel with a classic crispy crust, this unique seafood pizza offers a delicious and creative fusion twist on traditional favorites.

Ingredients

pizza dough as needed
roasted eel (cut into segments) as needed
tomato sauce as needed
mozzarella cheese as needed
salt to taste
oregano herb to taste
olive oil as needed
tomatoes

Instructions

Prepare the eel

Cut the roasted eel into sections and set aside.

Prepare the dough

Roll the pizza dough into a 5mm thick base, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread with tomato sauce.

Assemble

Place the cut eel sections on top, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake

Place in the oven and bake at 250°C for 5 minutes.

Drizzle oil

Take out, drizzle with a small amount of olive oil, and serve.
