Egg White Crisps
These delicate Egg White Crisps are buttery, thin cookies made with a simple batter of egg whites, flour, and sugar.
Story
The batter is piped onto the baking sheet and spreads in the oven to create thin, crisp wafers. Their light texture and rich buttery flavor make them a lovely treat for snacking or serving with tea.

Put the batter into a piping bag (you can use regular plastic wrap instead for these cookies).
Step 10
Cut a small hole at the tip of the bag.
Step 11
Then pipe into strips.
Step 12
First off, it doesn't matter if the piping looks ugly~ Note: The strips must not be too close to each other.

Put into the oven and bake at 160℃ for about 15 minutes.
Step 14
The reason it doesn't matter if the piping looks ugly is—the batter will melt and flatten in the oven.
