Soak the glutinous rice for at least half a day. Season the soaked rice with salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Allow it to marinate for the same amount of time as the meat.

Wash the bamboo leaves thoroughly. Take two leaves and overlap them with the head and tail alternating to create a larger wrapper surface.
