Make a batch of meat floss and salted egg yolk mugwort green rice balls for the Qingming Festival.

Ingredients

Glutinous rice flour 2 small cups
Wheat starch Small amount
Salted egg yolks 6 pieces
Meat floss A little
Red bean paste Small amount
Salad dressing Small amount
Walnut oil 3 small spoons

Step 1

Mix glutinous rice flour and wheat starch, add cold water and stir well until it forms a stream when lifting the stirrer. Steam until cooked; I used the rice cooker's rice cooking setting.
