Chinese cabbage 4 slices
Dried tofu 1 slice
Garlic to taste
Cilantro to taste
White vinegar 1.5 tbsp
White sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
MSG 0.5 tbsp
Cooked soybean oil 1 tbsp
