Nut Pumpkin Yam Steamed Cake

Peel and cut the pumpkin and yam into chunks, then steam until cooked.

Add sugar while still hot.

Use a fork to mash the pumpkin and yam.

Let it cool to about 35°C before adding the yeast.

Sift in the flour and stir well. Add a little water if it is too dry.

Place in a cool place to ferment until 1.5–2 times its size.

Once fermentation is complete, you will see many bubbles. Stir with chopsticks to release the bubbles.

Pour into an oiled mold, add a handful of nuts, and steam for 25 minutes, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
