Ingredients

Oat noodles (likely oat noodle rolls or noodles) to taste
Cooking oil (used in two batches) to taste

Zucchini (cut into chunks) to taste
Cabbage (i.e., round cabbage, cut into chunks) to taste

Instructions

Preparing the Vegetable Soup

Add a little oil to the pot. Cut the vegetables—Chinese yam (potato), zucchini, and cabbage—into chunks and toss them into the oil pan with a sizzle. This is called "bottom oil." After covering and steaming until cooked, drizzle a little oil over the top of the vegetables; this is called "top oil."
