Pork Floss Fried Rice
Leftover takeout rice is perfect for fried rice. Stir in some homemade pork floss and you've got a delicious meal — my daughter ate two big bowls!
Ingredients
rice
6 bowls
eggs
4
chopped green onions
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
3 tablespoons
corn oil
3 tablespoons
pork floss
to taste
Instructions

Step 1
Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, scramble the eggs until set, break them up, and set aside.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant.

Add the rice and stir-fry, breaking up the clumps as you go.

Add the soy sauce and stir until well combined.

Add the eggs and stir until well combined.

Add the pork floss. (The pork floss is homemade — add a generous amount, no need to hold back 😄. For instructions, see my recipe "Homemade Pork Floss".)

Stir until well combined, then serve.
