This quick and satisfying dish combines soft noodles and plump wontons with a hearty, aromatic broth. The tender vegetables and seasoned meat create a rich, warming flavor, while a sprinkle of garlic chives adds a fresh, fragrant finish to the bowl.

Ingredients

Noodles to taste
Wontons 10 pieces
Potato half
Carrot to taste
Onion to taste
Garlic chives 3 stalks
Salt to taste
Sichuan pepper powder to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Lean meat to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Dice the potato, carrot, onion, and lean meat, and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, add the meat cubes, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the onion, carrot, potato, salt, Sichuan pepper powder, and soy sauce in sequence and stir-fry.
