Dice the potato, carrot, onion, and lean meat, and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, add the meat cubes, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the onion, carrot, potato, salt, Sichuan pepper powder, and soy sauce in sequence and stir-fry.

Add hot water and simmer for a few minutes; add the garlic sprouts before removing from the pot and set aside.

Take another pot and boil the noodles and wontons.
