Pumpkin Soy Milk Mousse
A healthy and light mousse made with soy milk, pumpkin puree, and agar, set in the refrigerator until firm.
Story
This smooth mousse combines the natural sweetness of pumpkin with the creamy texture of soy milk. Lightly flavored with vanilla, it sets into a delicate dessert that can be enjoyed on its own or topped with yogurt and honey for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Soften the agar in warm water beforehand
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, place in a cooking box or dish, and microwave on high heat for 3 minutes, then blend the pumpkin into a puree and set aside
Step 3
Pour soy milk or milk into a small milk pot, bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then turn to low heat, add the pumpkin puree and agar, stir well, then add a few drops of vanilla extract and turn off the heat. Pour the mixture into a mold, place in the refrigerator to set, and it is ready to serve; you can mix in yogurt or honey when eating!~
Step 4
Super healthy, because the pumpkin itself has a sweet taste so I did not add sugar; if you are not used to it, you can add a little sugar (of course if girls are dieting, lightly add some sugar substitute..) hehe
