Scallion Pork Floss Corn Cake
A delicious and easy-to-make scallion and pork floss corn cake — no need to separate and whip the egg whites and yolks, so there's no worry about the meringue deflating. ☺️

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients (cornstarch, self-raising flour, and sugar in a bowl).

110ml of milk.
Step 3
Add the egg and mix.
Step 4
Add the milk and stir until smooth with no lumps.
Step 5
Pour into a mold or baking paper cups, filling to 80%.
Step 6
Sprinkle pork floss, chopped scallions, and sesame seeds on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Place in the middle-lower rack of the oven and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes (note: the pork floss burns easily, so adjust the heat for ovens that run hot).
Step 8
After 20 minutes, adjust to 180°C, cover with baking paper, and continue baking for 10 minutes (covering with baking paper prevents the pork floss from burning).
Step 9
Fragrant scallion aroma on the outside, golden and fluffy on the inside — delicious and easy to make 👍
