Bean Sprouts 80g
Potato 1
Vermicelli (Glass Noodles) 100g
Chinese Chives to taste
Sichuan Peppercorns to taste
Star Anise to taste
Salt to taste
Vinegar to taste
Chili Oil to taste
Soy Sauce to taste
White Pepper Powder to taste
Sesame Oil to taste

Prepare ingredients.

Cut Chinese chives into small segments.

Peel the potato.

Shred the potato into thin strips.

Blanch the shredded potato until cooked, then rinse with cold water.

Blanch the bean sprouts until cooked, then rinse with cold water.

Boil the vermicelli until cooked, then rinse with cold water.

Drain the bean sprouts, shredded potato, and vermicelli, then place them in a serving bowl.
