Shrimp Egg Sandwich
School is back in session, so quick breakfasts for the kids are a must. I plan to make sandwiches two or three times a week — just bake the bread the night before and assembly is done in minutes. With a bread machine, the flour makes all the difference. I've been using Gold Arowana bread flour for the past few months, and the texture and aroma of the loaves are outstanding. Give it a try if you like!

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the required ingredients. For the toast, I used Jinlongyu Bread-Specific Wheat Flour, along with cooked shrimp, eggs, lettuce, and cheese slices.
Step 2
I made the toast using a bread machine. The ingredients include 195g of water, 3g of salt, 23g of white sugar, and 20g of corn oil. Add all of them to the bread machine bucket.
Step 3
Then add the Jinlongyu Bread-Specific Wheat Flour to the bread machine.
Step 4
Add 3g of yeast on top of the flour.
Step 5
Let the bread machine knead the dough for about 30 minutes, then add the cooked sesame seeds to the bucket.
Step 6
Then leave the rest of the work to the bread machine.
Step 7
Once the bread is baked, slice it into toast slices. Then fry the eggs, peel the shrimp, and wash the lettuce.
Step 8
Arrange all the ingredients on the toast slices one by one, and squeeze ketchup or Thousand Island dressing on top according to your personal preference.
Step 9
As shown in the picture, this is the assembled sandwich.
Step 10
After cutting it in half, as shown in the picture, you get a hearty, delicious sandwich.
