Skewered Pan-Fried Wontons

Ingredients

wontons 1 box
parsley flakes (seasoning) 2 tsp
chili powder (seasoning) 2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet with a pinch of oil, swirl to coat the bottom evenly with oil, then reduce to low heat.

Step 2

Arrange the wontons flat in the skillet in neat rows, pan-fry the bottoms until golden brown, then increase to high heat. Add water and bring to a boil, cover with a lid and continue cooking. Once you hear sizzling, reduce to low heat, remove the lid, and slowly cook until the water has completely evaporated. Turn off the heat and use a small spatula to lift the wontons out.
