Wash the small yellow croaker clean, smear with salt and MSG, and marinate for a moment; cut the green pepper and red pepper into rings; slice the ginger, and chop the green onion.

Evenly coat both sides of the marinated small yellow croaker with flour; pour vegetable oil into the wok and when it is heated, turn the heat down, put in the small yellow croaker, pan-fry until golden brown, then remove and plate.

Leave base oil in the wok, add ginger slices and chopped green onion to stir-fry until fragrant, add the small yellow croaker, add salt, MSG, sesame oil, and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, add the green pepper rings and red pepper rings and stir-fry evenly, add fresh broth and simmer briefly.
