Ingredients

Rice cakes (cut into 4cm strips) 300g
Fish cakes (cut into 4cm strips) 2 sheets
Large green onion (cut diagonally) 1 stalk
Water 1.5 cups
Onion (sliced into strips) 1/4
Cabbage leaves (cut into large pieces) 4 leaves
Chili paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 0.5T
Corn syrup 1T
Soy sauce 0.5T
White sugar 1T
Cooking wine 1T

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the Chinese cabbage into large chunks, slice the onion, cut the rice cakes and fish cakes into 4cm strips, and cut the green onions diagonally.

Prepare the seasoning sauce.

Add water to a pot. Once the water boils, add the seasoning sauce. After it boils again, add the fish cakes and rice cakes. When the soup reduces to half, add the onion, green onion, and Chinese cabbage. Serve once the liquid is absorbed.
