Minced chicken filling 2 large tablespoons
Flour 50ml
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Light soy sauce 1 small teaspoon
Onion to taste

The chicken paste filling is leftover from making pumpkin pies; it is made by mincing chicken breast into a paste, adding chopped onion, and then seasoning with salt and light soy sauce.

Add about 50ml of flour and an appropriate amount of water, then stir into a batter.

Brush oil in the electric baking pan and turn on the bottom switch. Pour in the batter.

Spread it flat with a spatula and cover with the lid. Turn on the top switch. Fry for about five minutes and it is ready.
