Sweet potato 150g
Egg yolk 1 piece
Caster sugar 5g
Butter 10g
Egg yolk wash appropriate amount
Black sesame seeds appropriate amount

作り方

Cut the sweet potato into pieces and roast in the oven until cooked;

After cooling slightly, place in a plastic bag and roll into a puree with a rolling pin;
