Ingredients

Century eggs (Pidan) 2 units
Tofu 150 g
Garlic To taste
Chopped chili peppers (Duo jiao) To taste
Sesame oil To taste
Salt To taste
Light soy sauce To taste
White sugar To taste
Vinegar To taste
Cilantro To taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the tofu into uniform rectangular slices and arrange them neatly on a plate.

Use any crumbled tofu to create a base in the center, then place the century eggs in the middle.

Put minced garlic, white sugar, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, chopped chili peppers, and sesame oil into a bowl. Add an appropriate amount of cold water and mix well to make the sauce.
