Chive and Beef Dumplings

Instructions: Take an appropriate amount of ground beef, add a pinch of salt, thirteen-spice, sesame oil, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, and one egg. Stir in one direction until well combined. Add water and continue stirring in one direction until the mixture becomes firm and elastic. Add an appropriate amount of oil and continue stirring in one direction until uniform. Set aside.
Step 3
Wash an appropriate amount of chives and set aside. Finely chop the chives and set aside.

Add the chives to the ground beef mixture and stir in one direction until well combined. Set aside.
Step 5
500g flour, 2g salt, 280g room temperature water. Knead the dough and let it rest for one hour.
Step 6
Divide into equal portions and roll into round wrappers.
Step 7
Place an appropriate amount of filling in the wrapper and pinch the edges to seal.
Step 8
Finish wrapping all the dumplings and bring water to a boil in advance.
Step 9
When the water boils, add the dumplings and cook until they float.

Once cooked, remove from the pot. The steaming hot dumplings are ready.
