Dorayaki
Dorayaki, also called Golden Cake, takes its name from two gong-shaped pancakes sandwiched together. It is a sweet treat with a pan-cooked outer layer and a red bean paste filling, and is a traditional Japanese confection. Pan-fry a few pancakes using a Donlim breakfast maker, then sandwich in leftover mooncake filling — absolutely delicious.

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the fine granulated sugar, and stir until well combined.
Step 2
Add the honey and stir until well combined.
Step 3
Add the milk and stir until well combined.
Step 4
Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
Step 5
Sift in the baking soda, baking powder, and cake flour, then stir until well combined.
Step 6
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the breakfast maker over low heat, scoop a spoonful of batter, and place it in the center. The batter will slowly spread into a circle. When bubbles start to form on the surface and burst, flip the pancake.
Step 8
Cook for 20 seconds after flipping. If you want a smooth, attractive surface on the pancake, wipe the pan with a damp cloth after cooking each one to bring the temperature back down.
Step 9
Fill with red bean paste, and it's ready to eat.
Step 10
