chicken wings 8
potato 1
onion 1
cilantro 1 bunch
celery 1 bunch
light soy sauce some
cooking wine some
oyster sauce some
starch some
dry pot sauce half a bottle
garlic 1 head

Instructions

1

Step 1

Cut off the shrimp heads and claws, then make a slit along the back for better flavor absorption (when removing the head, the vein comes out with a single pull)

2

Step 2

Coat with starch and fry until golden brown

3

Step 3

Cut the chicken wings in half

4

Step 4

Marinate with garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine for a while

5

Step 5

Coat with starch and fry until golden brown

6

Step 6

Fry the potato strips until golden brown

7

Step 7

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the dry pot sauce

8

Step 8

(A quick search on Baidu will show many dry pot base sauces; this is the one I used)

9

Step 9

Add the chicken wings, shrimp, potatoes, cilantro, celery, and onion

10

Step 10

Add soy sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly
