Dry Pot Chicken Wings and Shrimp
Pairs perfectly with rice — a hit with both kids and adults.

Step 1
Cut off the shrimp heads and claws, then make a slit along the back for better flavor absorption (when removing the head, the vein comes out with a single pull)
