Story

Coating the rice with egg yolk ensures each grain is golden and separate, while the stir-fried pork and blanched vegetables add texture and aroma. A splash of soy sauce ties everything together, making this a versatile and comforting way to enjoy a hearty, colorful bowl of rice.

Ingredients

Cooked rice to taste
Pork a little
Eggs two
Mixed vegetables to taste
Salt to taste
Chicken essence to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Cooking wine to taste

Instructions

Step 1

The mixed vegetables used this time are: diced carrots, peas, broccoli (blanch in boiling water)

Prepare eggs and lean meat

First mix the rice evenly with one egg yolk, add a little salt and chicken essence to season

Pan-fry the remaining eggs first

Stir-fry the lean meat until cooked, add a little cooking wine midway to remove fishy smell
