Five-Color Rice
This colorful fried rice combines rice with pork, eggs, and mixed vegetables for a casual yet flavorful meal. The loose, flexible mix of ingredients creates a delicious and satisfying dish.
Story
Coating the rice with egg yolk ensures each grain is golden and separate, while the stir-fried pork and blanched vegetables add texture and aroma. A splash of soy sauce ties everything together, making this a versatile and comforting way to enjoy a hearty, colorful bowl of rice.
