Step 1
Prepare ingredients: sift the low-gluten flour; prepare butter, eggs, fine sugar, nori pork floss, fine sugar, salt, etc.

Cut the butter into pieces and soften it in an environment around 30°C; do not let the temperature be too high; in summer, softening at room temperature is fine, while in winter you can put it in the oven.

Take out 35g of the nori pork floss;

Add the nori pork floss and baking powder to the low-gluten flour, and mix evenly.

Add white sugar and salt to the softened butter;

Use an electric mixer to beat until the volume expands slightly and the color turns pale, then add the egg liquid in three batches; each time, beat until the egg liquid is completely blended with the butter before adding more egg liquid;

Pour in the mixed nori pork floss flour mixture;

Knead into a smooth dough; PS: do not knead until gluten develops, just smooth it into a dough.

Place on a cutting board and roll into a rectangular sheet;

Line the baking tray with silicone paper, and arrange the cut nori pork floss strips evenly on the tray; PS: I divided them onto two trays, as one was too crowded.

Preheat the oven to 170°C, middle rack, upper and lower heat, for 15 minutes.
