Original Flavor Cookies
These classic original flavor cookies are buttery, tender, and piped into delicate shapes.
Story
Softened butter is beaten until fluffy and combined with a blend of cake flour, bread flour, and cornstarch for a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Piped onto a baking sheet and baked until golden, they offer a simple, homemade treat perfect for any time of day.

Instructions
Step 1
The above formula is suitable for one portion of the Chef Cookie Golden Non-stick Shallow Baking Pan. Cut the butter into small pieces to soften, add powdered sugar, beat until feathery, add egg yolk, and continue beating. (To the extent where a light press with a finger leaves a fingerprint)
Step 2
Beat until the butter is soft and fluffy; do not beat for too long, as over-beating will cause the cookie patterns to deform easily.
Step 3
Add salt to the beaten butter, and sift in the bread flour, cake flour, and cornstarch.
Step 4
Mix well. (Flip back and forth and press down)
Step 5
Load into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip, and squeeze into the baking pan; I used a large 20-tooth piping tip.
Step 6
Preheat the Dongling oven with top and bottom heat at 170 degrees for 3 minutes, then place in the middle-lower layer to bake for 20 minutes.
