Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: remove the stems and dice 100g of strawberries.
Step 2
Add 2g of sweetener and mix well, then marinate for a while. Use 10–12g if using regular sugar.
Step 3
Remove the stems and cut 300g of strawberries in half.
Step 4
Add 1200g of water to a pot, then add the strawberry pieces.
Step 5
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes to release the strawberry color.
Step 6
Fish out the cooked strawberries (don't throw them away) and toss them with some sugar or sweetener for a sweet and sour treat.
Step 7
Add 8g of sweetener to the strawberry soup, or 40–50g of regular sugar. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Step 8
Add 60g of white jelly powder and stir well.
Step 9
Bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat. Stir frequently with a spoon so it cools faster.
Step 10
Let it cool to about 60°C, then pour into bottles and allow it to set.
Step 11
Pour in sugar-free yogurt, milk, or coconut milk—any will work.
Step 12
Add the marinated diced strawberries, stir to break them up, and enjoy.
