Mince the lean pork, then mix in salt, cornstarch, and a small splash of water, stirring until it becomes sticky. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant. Add the beans and garlic cloves, stir-fry until the color changes, then continue cooking briefly. Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and yellow soybean paste.

Pour in an appropriate amount of hot water, then scatter in the minced pork. Let it set briefly before stir-frying. Add green and red chili peppers and remove from the heat once cooked through.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, sprinkle in the minced pork, let it set for a moment before stir-frying; add the green and red chili peppers, and remove from the pot once they are fully cooked.
