Ingredients

Rice (washed and tossed with a little oil) 150 g
Oysters (washed and drained) 50 g
Pork loin (washed and minced) 25 g
Dried small shrimp to taste
Olive vegetable (preserved mustard greens with olives) to taste
Scallion (washed and finely chopped) 1
Cooking oil 20 g
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
White pepper to taste
Salt 1 tsp
MSG 1 tsp

Instructions

1

Cook the congee base

Wash the rice and toss it with a small amount of oil. Transfer it to a congee pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Immediately reduce to low heat and simmer for about 45 minutes until the rice is tender. Wash the scallions and chop them into fine pieces. Wash the pork and mince it into a filling.

2

Stir-fry the pork filling

Wash the oysters and drain them well. Combine the minced pork with the cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, MSG, and white pepper. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork until it changes color, then add the oysters and pour everything into the congee pot.

3

Finish cooking

Add the dried small shrimp and olive vegetable, stir well, and cook for 10 minutes. Switch to medium heat, sprinkle the chopped scallions over the top, and serve.
