Tomato-Braised Hairtail

This Tomato Braised Hairtail is a spontaneous original creation. The idea came from the existing sweet and sour hairtail recipe: since that flavor profile pairs perfectly with the fish, the natural sweet-tart taste of tomatoes seemed like a great match. This was the first test of the concept, and the final result turned out delicious.
