Whole Wheat Cookies

Many people believe you can't eat snacks during weight loss, but that's a common misconception. Made with weight-loss-friendly whole wheat flour, these whole wheat cookies are low-fat, healthy, crispy and delicious. You can add a small amount of sugar for seasoning, or omit it entirely to suit your preference — they have far fewer calories than standard cookies. Pair them with a glass of milk for a nutritious breakfast, or enjoy them with a cup of floral tea as a lovely afternoon snack when you have cravings.
