Russian Sweet Bread
Russian Sweet Bread is a soft, enriched dough rolled into oval loaves, scored, and filled with butter before baking.
Historia
These sweet rolls are brushed with egg wash and topped with a generous layer of powdered sugar for a golden, crisp crust. The butter tucked inside the scored dough melts as it bakes, adding richness to the tender crumb.
