Ingrédients

Beef tenderloin (first cut into 0.5 cm thick slices, then cut into 0.5 cm square strips) 200g
Bell pepper (washed, cut into strips) 1 piece
Onion (washed, cut into strips) 50g
Dry starch 1 tsp
Salt 2/3 tsp
Meat tenderizer 1/3 tsp
Creamy curry sauce 2 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 cup

Step 1

Cut the beef tenderloin first into 0.5 cm thick slices, then into 0.5 cm square strips; wash the bell peppers and onions, and cut them into strips respectively

Place the beef strips in a bowl, add salt, meat tenderizer, dry starch, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, mix well, and marinate to flavor

Heat the wok over high heat, pour in cooking oil and heat to about 100°C (warm oil), pour in the beef strips and slide-fry until cooked, then pour out and drain the oil

Leave 1 teaspoon of base oil in the wok and return to high heat, add the onion strips and stir-fry until fragrant, add the bell pepper strips and stir-fry briefly, pour in the milky curry sauce and the fried beef strips, toss evenly, and serve on a plate
