Ingrédients

Tofu (cut into small square cubes) 1 piece
Scallions (washed and minced) to taste
Salt a pinch
Sesame oil 1 small spoon

Cut the tofu into small square cubes

Bring water to a boil in a pot, place the cut tofu cubes into the hot water to blanch briefly, then remove, drain, and let cool

Wash the green onions and chop them into minced green onions
